MAID SERVICE
Your villa will be fully prepared for your arrival. We provide weekly cleaning services that means on the arrival day and the corresponding day of the following week. Maid will clean before your arrival and after your departure. Therefore on a one week holiday you will not see the maid at all. Optional extra maid service is available at £6 per person per linen and towel change. The cleaning service provided incorporates all aspects of keeping your villa or apartment clean and tidy, especially kitchens, bathrooms, floors and terraces throughout the villas. The maid will only wash up dishes if she has time.

BREAKAGES
You will be charged for any breakage or damage to the villa or it's contents. Payments should be made to our representative before the end of your holiday.

INSECTS and ANIMALS
It is a fact of life that insects thrive more in hot countries, food should be covered up to deter them. For mosquitoes we provide mosquito machines in each villa. Local dogs may bark when tethered at night and cats can sometimes be a problem. Also cockerels may be heard or even a braying donkey!

WATER
Water shortages and pressure reductions may occur, and supplies may be cut off without notice for short or long periods. Reserve supplies can be difficult to obtain. As water runs short or pressure reduces, water often appears discoloured. Water is considered safe to drink but we recommend you use bottled water for drinking.

HOUSE NOTES
Our house manager will provide detailed notes in each villa explaining how the appliances in your villa work as well as providing useful advice and information. Please speak to our house manager if you need further help.
